Join Sound Healing Vocalist Mae Deevy as she bathes you in the high vibrational frequency of sound within a salt sanctuary in the heart of South Austin. Utilizing alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, gong and voice, Mae creates a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.
Surrounded by walls and floor of salt, this 60-minute experience is a chance to allow sound and salt to cleanse your cells and align your energetic body to a state of homeostasis. As you lay and bathe yourself in sound, a special generator grinds pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride [that’s salt!] into tiny micro-particles, which are then fanned out into the salt sanctuary so that you may inhale them easily and effortlessly into your body.
Salt therapy has been known to reduce stress, promote better sleep, and boost mood overall, benefiting respiratory issues, skin conditions, and overall well-being. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness.

MORE ABOUT SALT THERAPY:
Salt therapy (“halotherapy”) is a complementary and alternative treatment that can benefit respiratory issues, skin conditions, and overall well-being. The success of halotherapy can be attributed to three main qualities of salt:
superabsorbance
anti-inflammatory properties, and
anti-bacterial properties.
Salt attracts toxins, helping to cleanse the respiratory system, and stimulates the bronchial self-cleaning mechanism by loosening mucus.
It also reduces inflammation in the respiratory tract, clearing and purifying airway passages for improved breath quality, energy, and immunity. Additionally, the antibacterial qualities of salt dissolve bacteria and pollutants in the respiratory tract.
Conditions that may benefit from regular salt therapy sessions include:
allergies,
asthma,
bronchial and sinus infections,
sinusitis,
smokers' cough,
wheezing,
cold and flu,
pneumonia,
long COVID symptoms,
COPD,
