POP-UP: Sound Bath Takeover for Warrior Women @ Squatch Frontier Fitness

  • Squatch Frontier Fitness 701 Tillery Street Austin, TX, 78702 United States (map)

Once a month, Austin’s BEST women’s workout group (Warrior Women ATX) hosts a more “yin” style event. In July, Mae will be taking over and supporting the Warrior Women Community through a relaxing sound bath.

Mae layers her voice with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.

As Plato once said, “rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.”

As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness.
